Tim Mangan

(Director)


Tim has over 35 year experience in the brick laying / construction industry. He oversees a team of over 30 bricklayers, apprentices and labourers. Tim, aided by his proficient foremen, continually watch over all projects to ensure a quality product is delivered on time and on budget.

Deca Constructions have successfully worked on many large scale projects in the Melbourne metro area and regional Victoria.

Dave Clarke

(Estimator)


David Clarke has been in the masonry industry for 25 years. In that time he has worked on both domestic and commercial sites as a bricklayer and foreman, as well as having expertise in the refractory industry. David has utilized his practical bricklaying skills with his current estimating skills to encompass a full industry understanding.

Jane Davis

Compliance / Estimating


Jane Davis was most recently engaged as an Inspector with the Audit Section of the Victorian Commission for Gambling & Liquor Regulation working with regulatory legislation in an inspectorial capacity. She holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Information Services.

Chris Scarf

Cadet Estimator


Chris Scarf successfully completed his apprenticeship in bricklaying and has now joined the estimating department.

Cathy Jackson

Office Manager


Cathy Jackson is our Office Manager & Bookkeeper. Cathy maintains the books, organises the payroll, manages WorkCover, superannuation, long service leave and other industry funds for our employees.

Shano Biram

Foreman


Shano has been with Deca Constructions for over 10 years and has successfully overseen some of Melbourne’s major constructions projects including The Emporium, La Trobe University Bio Science Building and currently Chadstone Retail & Commercial redevelopments, The Glen redevelopment and Rod Laver Arena.
